We are now making Cake Balls!

-Not as easy as they look, but a lot of fun to make…and eat =)

After a brief hiatus (Helping with the newborn twin Boys!!!) Melissa is happy as ever to be back in the kitchen…isn’t it obvious…she is making HAPPY CUPS!!!

How does she do it?

            In a small cup place 3-4 mini pretzels, add a small amount of melted caramel to cover the pretzels, and then a small amount of milk chocolate, add sprinkles and a happy face! Eat and enjoy…..Warning! Contents may disappear upon creation! 2^nd Warning: Happy cups have been known to cause elation, happiness, and utter blissfulness…even in the grumpiest participants! =)  

Our Laps-4-Love Fruitcake Toss!

Well… as you can see it was more of a launch! We launched fruitcakes at targets with water balloon launchers and half pound fruitcake for the “Make-A-Wish Foundation!!!

Challenges included –

Closest to the flag

Longest distance- aprox. 110 yards!

In the Goal – Lacrosse goal

Field goal – about 60 yards out!
